INTEGRATED THINKING

An hour of EFFECTIVE, PRECISE, HARD, DISCIPLINED - and INTEGRATED THINKING can be worth a month of hard work. Thinking is the very essence of, and the most difficult thing to do in business and in life. Empire builders spend hour-after-hour on mental work... while others party. If you're not consciously aware of putting forth the effort to exert self-guided INTEGRATED THINKING... if you don't act beyond your feelings and instead take the path of least resistance, then you give in to laziness, make bad decisions and no longer control your LIFE.

Wow! Really, this is just wow! Something new I've learnt here, and definitely adding to my routine.

Recently I just learned about clear thinking from Craig Ballantyne of Early to Rise. He suggests that one of the first activities you do after waking is a 15-minute clear thinking about your current focus/stage in life -- to come up with ideas and solutions and guided/inspired action steps. He further suggests the thinking should be strictly with pen and paper. No gadgets. the result of this activity over time can be tremendous. However now, 1 hour of effective, precise, hard, disciplined - and INTEGRATED THINKING!

Don't know how easy that would be with the everyday madness and rush we all have to deal with, but it's something I'd definitely love to try.

And here's me pleading (actually, begging) that you try it too!
