Panoramic view of Cape Town city bowl from the 19th floor of the Holiday Inn, Strand street

If you look carefully, you will see the ocean to the far left, and the beginning of the suburbs to the right.

Down below is Strand and Adderly street, and the roof top bar of the Radisson Blu Hotel directly in front to the left. Everyone on their roof looked like ants, and I had to hold my breath while looking over the railing.

What a sight, @pricessmewmew!! I imagine the breeze in the face, the vertigo of the height. At night should be more impressive. The sea in the background reminds me of my city: from any building we see it, in the distance, uniting with the sky. The blue is always waiting for us! The size of that view, a hug.

thanks so much x

it was beautiful, but pretty terrifying :D

Great shot very panaramic.
I did not realize you lived there. It seems like everyone is so far away.
I see my photobe above and your answer now. lol

where are you from ?

Hey! Dropping by to say welcome to @steemitbloggers once again. It's good to have you with us :)) Hope to see more of your posts soon-ish!

Hey Princess of CT Thank you for sharing the dreamland, Very beautiful view of C T
For me I can't see this view at this height.
Take extra care on these altitudes.

God bless you dear Mam.

thank you for your support my friend! I could hardly stand the heights either, but for the sake of this photo I stood very close to the edge LOL. Nearly died for a Steemit post ๐Ÿ˜‚

It's not a good deal though dear friend take care yourself first.

hi! thank you so much for your visit! I do a lot of travel and lifestyle posts based in CT, so I hope you enjoy them xx

What a lovely city. I need to get some proper shots of Canterbury, It is a lovely cathedral town and is also a walled city, so it has some amazing photo ops. I just need to finish setting up house so I can get out and do it!

I'd love to see! And i'd like to see the house you're staying in! Post photos!!

I will do, I posted about my new little desk yesterday! And now I have a comfy chair as well, my two first new English pieces for my English home...I also bought a miniature 19th c portrait and german deer antlers already. I have to feel 'at home' straight away, even if most of the house is empty!

hi @photobe ๐Ÿ’œI live here ! nice to meet you x

Thanks for asking. I am from Nebraska for the last 4 years. I live in the States.
Raised in Texas, have lived in Colorado and Nevada and Kansas. Not sure where I will end up.
Nebraska where I am now is in the heartland of America, the middle.

My dream is to make enough crypto so my husband and I can travel to other countries and experience the world. Nice to talk to you. I am now in WS and love it. A tough build I missed the drop and just started. I am following you in there.
