I WAS CAUGHT IN BETWEEN A VERY HEAVY DOWNPOUR
Great Minds
It was a very bright and sunny day when we left house for church service this morning. We had a fantastic service and closed quite on time unlike other days that we closed between 1300 and 1400. We closed at about 1158 and we set out to go home. From the Church to my house is about 30 minutes walk. Most days we trek to church while others we go in a car. But today we trekked to church. After closing, there was women meeting making my wife to stay behind so I started going back home with my little baby.
I was just walking gently and showing my daughter the leaves and the houses on the roadside.

THE SUDDEN HEAVY DOWNPOUR
As we walked, behold we heard a sound ahead of us and it was a downpour, I ran as much as I could with my baby with me but I only succeeded in entering the veranda of an uncompleted house on the road. I thought it was going to be a small rain but I was wrong as we waited for close to an hour for the rain to stop. It got heavier that I have to enter it, my daughter and I ran home with our body soaked.
I was busy struggling to protect my daughter from the rain while she was excited and also struggling to enter the rain. We got home and she was happy that she entered the rain. After I changed her clothes, it was later done on her that her mother wasn't around. She started crying looking for breast to suck. My wife was equally trapped in the church she couldn't come as she had to wait for the rain to stop.
It took as long as an hour again before the rain finally subsided and my wife came back to relieve me.

That's some interesting story going on. I still can remember that I was caught with a crazy downpouring rain while I was walking home from the library and I have absolutely zero shelters but to keep on going and ended up completely drenched. That was one hell of experience!
