# Is the saying true"Once an apple in a day keeps the doctors away".
Friends,you all have probably heared the saying that "once a apple in a day keeps a doctor away"and keeps us healthy.Friends it is not the fact that if we all regularly have an apple in a day it may keeps us healthy and can fight against some diseases,but is not that sure that it will always keeps us away from a doctor and all diseases all time.

Friends having apple regularly is good for us and as well as for our health and it can also helps to maintain a good health by its vitamins,calcium and some other beneficial elements which are really good for us. But friends don't have it for the sake that it will help you against your all diseases and keep you away from a doctor all the time.It may not sure and worked for everyone who have it for the sake that it will keep them away from doctors,but if you all have an apple regularly in a day it will really help you in maintaining a good health.
Will it work with every persons who have an apple regularly.

Friends the poverb " an apple a day keeps the doctor away"was came to known in 1913 and after that many people used to have apple regularly.Regularly Apple eaters proved that they really visit a doctor less than twice a year which is true in some case,but not in all case,non eaters who did not have an apple regularly have to visit in the doctors more than thrice a year,but not for all.So,my point of this post is that having an apple a day is good and also a healthy way of taking care of our body,but we shouldn't remain sure that it will really keeps us away from a doctor all the time.So it all depends on us how we are maintaining us,by some several means.
