# Human health and nutrition.

Friends what the term health and nutrition describes you,are both the term contrast or similar in their works.
Friends health which is a complete process of physical and mental wellbeing of an individual and proper nutrition is necessary for living a health life.So these two terms really differ from one another in their way it works.

Health is a physical and mental process in contrast nutrition is a chemical process.

As health is a complete process of our wellbeing by both physically and mentally which helps us in living a healthy mind and life.If we are not healthy we can face many problems in our life including from our works to several problems such as--
Bad skin-We can face many skin problems and our quality of our skin may can be get bad we can see some stress mark on our skin,some black small spots and many more which results is something wrong with our health.
Unirne problems-Frequently urine is also a bad sign of our health and many more issues which you will find when we are having a bad health,So we all should take care of our health in many health ways doing regular exercises,maintaining a healthy diet,by maintaining our body weights which will be sufficient for a healthy health.
Nutrition is a chemical way of consuming and utilising food for energy for various requirements of our body.

We need energy from walking to sleeping,The food which we all consumes provides us substances which we all need for our body to build up our tissue and to build various organs of our body.We all can reamin health by giving our body the proper nutrition it needs.And the various sources of nutritions are milk,vegetables,fruits,meat,rice and fish which contains the five major element of nutrition are-
1)Carbohydrates(for energy) which are found in rice,pulses,fruits etc.
2)Protiens-Meats,fish,milk and butter which are a big sources of proteins which mainly helps us in building and repairing tissues.
3)Vitamins and minerals-Sources of minerals and vitamins in large amount are many fruits and vegetables they help the body by converting foods to energy,making the bones strong,heals our wounds and many more.
4)Fats-Butter,milk,meats and oils are the main sources of fats,and the important function of fats is to stores energy.

How to maintain a good body health.

Good body health can be maintained by giving proper nutrients to our body by various sources which cointans
adequate amount of all necessities which requires by our body for a health body.Doing regular exercises is also a easy and vital way to maintain a health body.
