How Does This Work?
When I entered the website, before anything at all. A message pop up to me and its says "Hello, PrinceOla, My name is Merry. How may I help?". Most of the time the name will be something else, it is very possible that new person will be the person chatting with you on the same website you just left now, when else you check on it and need those customer care help.
This is okay and as well it help you know more about the project and get help easily whenever you needed one. Some Customer care don't know how to use this application despite how much it is easy to use. Although, it look complex from the inside than how it look on the website, the customer care agent will be chatting from the inside and it will be appear for users on the website. Let me make it more easier for us all.
Note: This is more likely for customer care agent whose his/her is to work on tawk.to application. Client who visit the website (Which the tawk is implement on) don't have anything to do with this application, but who knows, this post might be useful for you one day.

How To Use The Tawk.to Application As a Customer Care Agent.
After downloading the application, you must be invited by the person or the company whom you're working for. In this way you will be attach to the right channel you should. Once you've join with the invitation link which will be sent to your email. Then go to the tawk.to application and click on the 3 horizontal line at the top left of your screen, this will give you this same image you're seeing below the screen now.
The sections are been separated into 4 places to make it more easier for you to understand. Here we are having Blue, Green, Red and Yellow.
- Blue: These sections in the blue box are almost the same thing as they will all lead you to almost the same places. But inside them we have another 2 sections again, except for the Messaging section which have the list of ALL the message within agents and websites vistors and those one's you personally chatted in (named MINE
But in the CHAT and MONITORING, you will see chat and visitors. The visitors is use to join the new visitor who just log into the website while the caht is where to find all the recent chat you've just join.
- Green: This section is where one can find the list of all admins, and if you click on it, 2 things are inside. (1) Property members; this consist the list of all customer care agents and the creator of all the work. (2) Widget embed code; this is the code used to implement the app with the website.
- Red: This section in red box are private group, where all the customer care personnels can have private chat with one another. It is where all the customer care agents can join and have private chat with theirselves and all the chat that goes on here, will not reflect on the website or to the website visitors.
- Yellow: While the Yellow box is where your personal private message goes to. When someone from the admin message you or you message anyone, this is where to find them.
