Hello Beautiful friends of steem health. Greetings to you all from all over the Globe. Trust You all are doing good as usual. It's my pleasure to be here in this community again today and beside I will be participating in a wonderful contest titled "Headache" it happens to be one of my favourite topic so far and I will be participating soon. All thanks to @khursheedanwar for bringing up this beautiful contest. You have really done well for bringing up this contest which will also helps me to share some thoughts concerning what headache is all about. So let's start from here without wasting time.

Headache happens to be one of a severe condition that people are experiencing each day and this can be characterised through pain and discomfort in the head or neck region. Headache can also be caused by some various symptoms such as vomiting this actually occurs when the body needs to expel harmful or unwanted substances from the stomach. Another symptom of headache is stress this actually occurs due to the pressure of work been carried out by a person and this will actually leads to tiredness which may result in having headache at times.

What cause you headache primarily in your life?

We also have so many types of headache which are caused by another medical condition, these primary causes of headache are as follows...

1. Physical Exertion: This simply refers to a particular tension migraine and headache, expecially when I engage in physical activity, my body will then experience changes in blood vessel diameter and increase blood flows.

2. Migraines: This is a type of headache that can cause severe debilitating pain which is accompanied by mood changes such as depression and anxiety or it may also be as a result of weakness.

3. Certain Foods Or Substances: These are the common types of food which can also triggers headache at anytime due to how weuse them such as Alcoholic like bear or spirits, another one is diary product like milk and ice cream and so on.

4. Poor Posture: This can also leads to a severe headache due to spinal misalignment, it can easily result in putting pressure on the brain and nervous system which will later leads to pain and tension.

5. Eye Strain: This can also cause headache in various ways due to Poor lighting or too much of setting your eyes on a Television set or smartphone which can easily cause discomfort in the eye and may later result in headache pains.

6. Sleep Disorders: Headache is also caused by insufficient sleep duration or lack of sleep duration, this refers to the sleep that is not restorative or refreshing and can lead to headache.

7. Dehydration: This is also a common causes of headache most expecially when the body loses more fluids it can easily leads to dehydration which is due to the reduce of blood flow to the brain.

What you do personally to get relief from headache?

• Practice self-care: I will make sure that I participate in some of the activities like exercise, sleep and stress i think by doing this it will helps to reduce headache severity.

• Massage: This is also a common factor that will also relief me from having headache by simply massaging the body it can helps to relax tense muscles and maintain a proper strong bones.

• Stay Hydrated: I will also make sure that I engage in drinking a lot of water to helps the body to maintain electrolyte rich fluids so has to free me from having headache.

• Take A Break: This can also be an excellent way to keep me from having headache there by stepping outside and take a brief walk to get some fresh air and also relax my self in a while.

• Cold or warm Compresses: This also another way to relieve headache, I will make sure that I get a cloth and add it to a cold water so as to make the cloth become wet then i will apply the wet cloth to my forehead or neck so as to help relief me from having headache.

• Deep Breathing Exercise: This is also one of the relaxation that will help to calm my mind and body, I will make sure that I look for a quiet and comfortable spot to sit and lie down properly so as to relief me from having headache.

• Herbal Teas: This can also be helpful to the body, I will make sure that I try herbal teas like finger, valerian, feverfew and peppermint I think by taking this herbal teas it will relief me from having headache.

Conclusion

By following this rules and take control of your lifestyle and utilise this techniques it can relief you from headache symptoms and improve an overall well-being. Also remember to report the symptoms to any nearby health professional around you if the symptoms persist.
