Show Love And Support To A Friend In Need.

Hello and a warm regards to all members of this unique community and welcome to my blog. Today I will love us to dwell a little on the need for us as individuals to show love and appreciation for our natural environment.

To help us all understand this and why it is important, let use this illustration. Imagine that you have a very good and caring friend who is always there for you good times of your life and most especially when the going gets tough, he or she comes to your defends when you are being attack by others and provide you with all the things you need to live well and comfortable.

Now tell me how will you treat such a friend? The answer is obvious not so. Now what if you were told that your friend is sick or in trouble and that he or she needs your care and attention, won't you do all in your power to assist him or her? Certainly you will, knowing that he or she was and will always there for you.

It is interesting to note that our natural environment is just like that good friend to not only me but to all of us as humans. Yes by purifying the air and water that we all breadth and drink, by taking in carbon dioxide and giving us the oxygen that you and I take in, by supporting the many different plants and animals species which are very important for pollination, pest control and maintaining the various types of food that we survived on, our natural environment shows that they love us and that they have our best interest at heart.

Now it is sad to say that our natural environment like that good and caring friend of ours is sick and in trouble and he too needs our help and support.

Reports from medical experts shows that our good and caring friend is suffering from the following: rising temperatures and extreme weather events as a result of (climate change).
Habitats loss, biodiversity decline, and carbon emissions as a result of ( deforestation). Plastic and chemical issues as a result of (pollution). Just to mention but a few.
So what can you and I do to show love, help, and support to our dear friend (natural environment)?

(*) Grow Your Own Food Items:

Start a small garden and plant your own food items like paper, tomatoes and other vegetables.

Not only does growing your own food reduce your carbon output, but it also allows you to enjoy fresh, organic friuts and vegetables right at home.

(*) Compost Waste Food:

Instead of throwing away unwanted foods, why not set up a compost bin to turn those waste items into nutrient rich soil for your garden. By so doing you not only reduces landfill waste but also helps enrich the soil and support plant growth in your garden.

(*) Conserve Energy: Save energy by turning off lights and unplugging electronics when not in use. Prefer to use energy saving light bulbs at night and use natural lighting during the day by opening your net protected windows.

(*) Choose Sustainable Transportation:

Whenever possible, please prefer walking, biking, or using public transportation. This will help to reduce the carbon output in to the environment. Remember that walking and biking are also parts of physical exercise.

(*) Support Eco-Friendly Activities:

volunteer for community clean up events, like the sanitation that we normally do on every last Saturday of every month. By actively participating in environmental efforts, we can help make a positive impact on our environment.

(*) Educate Yourself and Others:

Stay informed about environmental issues and sustainable practices by reading articles that has to do with environment issues, listen to and watch current documentaries, that create do environmental awareness and please don't hesitate to share your knowledge with friends and family in order to inspire them to make eco - friendly choices of their own.

by taking these practical steps and gradually integrating eco-friendly practices into your daily life.

By so doing we can make a meaningful contribution to protecting the environment and creating a more better, safer and brighter future for ourselves and generations to come. Together, we can all play a part in preserving our planet for future prosperity.
