Full Moon Telescope Photography

in #photography5 years ago

After purchasing our first Telescope a 150/750mm Reflector, which we found in the second hand sales and picked it up for a bargain, we got our first chance to use it on the recent Full Moon.

Being a first timer on a Telescope, it took a while to work out how to operate and use the correct eyepiece, filter, and align the red-dot finder. With such a large target, it didn't take long.

Ok, so the following shot taken with a Galaxy S9 had a standard green moon filter and added effects from the phone.

Can't wait to explore the rest of our Solar System.
