Purpose - Mission Statements and Goals, do we have them defined, are they known by all team members?

Process - Do we have clear processes, action plans, visual management boards?

Product - How is our product, manufacturing process, services, etc. unique?

Power - Capital, finances, equipment, and infrastructure, how are we able to use these resources to the fullest?

People - Promote engagement and passion via Empowerment and Brainstorming.
