The one who never comes

Like a tragedy Of looking out for love in the wrong places and accepting the not too good relationship

Anxiety and pressure has driven many people to make delicate decisions like marriage without considering the odds, and while in the vain of leaving up to the expectations of people who really don't care about them they ignore danger signs in a relationship to go on and marry a partner that makes them miserable for the rest of that marital relationship. Yet in the beginning it was not so.

We humans were made by God, we didn't make ourselves. Therefore, the Creator is the only eligible person to say what is best for His creation, not even his creation knows what is best for him/her even though they may think they do, how much more the opinion of other people who think they know what's best for you.

In the beginning God made the male and female. Man was in the garden alone but not lonely. However, he had a longing for the one that was compatible with him, as he began to look for her he couldn't find anyone compatible with him.

Adam was searching for love in all the wrong places. Until God caused him to fall into a deep sleep. This was just in other to keep him from continuing with his fruitless search and restlessness while God worked to bring Adam that which was best for him.

The lesson here is that when we rest we get God's best for our lives but when we are busy hustling out of an anxious mind like Adam we keep attracting animals as partners and end up being disappointed.

Truth is that we don't even know what/who we truly need but God does and when we trust Him and rest in Him rest assured that He knows what's best for us and wouldn't give us something/someone we wouldn't like, we can expect to attract that person into our lives and surely when he/she shows up we will certainly know like Adam screamed; "This is flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone".

How did he know having never met her before?

The thing is this when God brings our spouse to us we just know that this is the flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone.

The one who never comes, never comes because you wouldn't allow The One who brings them to bring them to you.

God has been trying to get our husband/wives to us but our restlessness would never allow us receive them. When men are at work God is at rest, when men are at rest God is at work.
