Tips For a Better Sleep
We know that sleep is an important part of a healthy life. It helps us to relax, refresh and heal. If we do not get a proper sleep our entire day is negatively affected. So, my friends, These are the tips!
Journaling
We know when the darkness comes we become more and more lonely. Also we start to think of lot of things when we come to the bed and may be it's out of our control. So here is the tip. Two three hours before sleep take a paper and pen. Then start to write about your thoughts, worries and anxious feelings which bother your sleep. It will relax you and just keep it as your worrying time to think and relax.
A Hot Bath
A hot bath supports your body to relax. It will gives you a fresh and calm body which eventually relax your mind too.
Active Day Schedule
It's really important to have an active day schedule. Avoid naps during the day time or laying on the bed. Instead you could add activities like yoga, horticulture, physical exercises, and sports to your daily routine. This will add additional health benifits for your life. Further more you could do some physical exercises before your sleep.
Meditating
Meditating is one of the best things we could do for improving our sleep. It's not just before your sleep. You could practice it throughout the day and before sleep. a guided meditation will really help you for taking the first step. Taking deep inhales and exhales before sleep is a one method that I can suggest.
Visualization
Keep remember that your bed is used for sleeping. So do not take your phone with you and let it's blue light negatively affects on your sleep. Instead you could lay down on the bed and imagine a place where you felt so comfortable and relaxing. A relaxing music will help you to enjoy and make your mind calm.
