No Chance For Infections!

‌ As usual um in my clinical routines. These days um practicing in occupational therapy unit of burns in the national hospital. Managing scars and the maintaining joints without limiting it's function and range of motion is the main aims of management of burns. Few months ago, before the crisis, I saw patients who had tried to kill themselves by using kerosene oil. ‌

‌Usually they come with severe damage and most probably their face was also affected. But with the time when the prices of kerosene oil increased the percentage has slightly reduced. Sometimes we need money, even for dying using the way we prefer. But I wish anyone on this earth may not choose this way to die as It's really really painful!

Burns unit must be an infected controlled area as patient's have wounds and their skin is no longer protecting them from the bacteria, viruses and other particles coming from the enviorenment. So everyone should wear safety garments, and wash their hands properly.

After grabbing knowledge and trying to forget those severe wounds I finished my clinical diary for the day. Then in the evening I decided to go to galle face and spend some relaxing time. Today I found that the huge buildings infront of the galle face are adding an extra beauty to the town. Tall, huge buildings with lights made the scene more attractive. I spent some time looking at those buildings, sitting on the ground!
