Hurts, But Learned!

As usual it was one of our clinical days. I was in my clinical unit and I found myself so happy when I see some other friends of mine entering to the unit saying their clinical unit is closed due to an unavoidable reason. I was so happy because my clinical unit is famous as a stressful place and I was already experiencing that. Then my gang came giving me some relaxation. We started learning, and practicing till the lunch time came.

Before we leave the unit, one of the therapists of the unit called all of us. Then he started to point out everyone and saying their mistakes. Actually it was not saying, it's blaming. I was so confused at the moment because I know I never do the things he said. As an example I have talked to the patient s roughly according to his point of view.

But I never do and never did such a thing especially with a patient. Everyone was blamed sarcastically for several things. Finally it was over after 30 minitues as I guess. Then everyone left the unit, some with very heavy hearts, as the things he said was not fair. To get rid of that difficult moment we thought to take a selfie together. Some people always teach us to be a good person, not being a person like them.

On the same day evening we got a small birthday treat from my friend and that evening time made me relax. But the things I heard for myself was wandering in my mind. That's the power of rough words, I think. In the night also I dreamed something related to that. Anyhow after coming for today lectures I got to know most of my batchmates have had the same experience like I had. It hurts, but I learnt many things from the incident!

Let's be smart enough to teach our juniors without thinking them as our slaves or without letting them down. It's always beautiful!❣️
