Walk to travel in My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2019
Hi Everyone,
Todays activity is based on my walk from home to busstop and bustop to metro station
Mainly on my daily activities. I was travelling to my native and had to do a quick shopping while I start to my native.
I bought oranges for my doggie a new mom. She loves them.
Earlier today I had posted pictures of home made idli and bonda. Here is the plate we eat in restaurants for morning breakfast.
Just 2 idlies and a vada. I will feel full.
Till today was never able to understand why that happens.
