Tri-Colored Sandwich
What can be more interesting than playing with colours that to on a healthy recipe. Kids are definitely going to love this. Lets take a look.
Ingredients:
Brown Bread
White Bread
Carrots
Coriander
Mint Leaves
Garlic Cloves
Salt
Pepper
Green Chillis
Potato
Butter
Lemon Juice
Cheese Slice.
Method:
Grate the boiled potato,carrot. Heat a pan add butter and few cloves of garlic. Add the grated veggies and fry for a minute. Add salt and pepper and lemon juice.
To make the green sauce (Chutney).... In a mixer, mix coriander, mint leaves, salt, garlic an lemon juice.
Take a slice of brown bread and apply the green chutney. To make a layer on top of it, place two white breads clubbed with cheese and then layer it with veggie mixture and cover it with a brown bread.
