HOW MANY EXCHANGES DO WE HAVE ACCESS FOR ALL ALTCOINS?
Hard to tell right now since they are popping up everywhere. I count from coinmarketcap and they use 194 exchanges.
That's impressive with only a handful of the world population involving with crypto.
Some of them are trading or exchanging one pair.
I did not see @blocktrades, I guess they do not trade. They only exchange.
Cool to see #steem is racking up exchanges.
I like the see all the exchanges. It shows there is a need out there to move fiat, altcoins around.
a lot of them are in Asia where the mining is raging and less expensive.
No wonder why the banks want to get involved. There is potential to make profits.
It is clear crypto is changing the world and bring power to the mass.
PICK WISELY
I have a feeling one day each exchange will have a native coin.
I found a few with similar names. Let say GDAX, now I see IDAX, TDAX. Kinda look strange but you know crypto is decentralized, one day the exchange will all be decentralized.
If you open an account with the Asian exchange, their user interface are blatantly similar.
I have to say, they are doing a job where they are filling the blank.
as a whole they are maintaining the flow of most crypto currencies.
Scary part, do not leave all your portfolio in an exchange.
Use them to exchange and move on. Again use them to earn as well since they want you to refer.
Best thing to do, move your crypto to a paper wallet, trezor, ledger nano. Or you may regret leaving your coins behind.
Be smart and be ahead of the game.

Hard to answer. Wherever you are in the world the one that can get you bitcoins or fiat quick is the best exchange.
All who do not follow the times will be left far behind. For entrepreneurs, surely this is a treasure that can not be denied. Many rich people try to put their stocks up for fun because they believe this is a bright and seductive future. If we are a little late, then all will be over. The smallest opportunity should be taken immediately. Do not be careless.

@pouchon I didn't buy ALTCoin. I don't know much about coins. Need a advisor who can tell me about that. Though I don't have money in my pocket :(

Sir, please tell me which exchange is open to registration for newbies. Whenever I transact money I lot of it is taken by middlemen.
Don't know if I fully comprehend your question. The exchanges exist to make money. There is no way around that unless you use local bitcoin in your area.
