Today's spotlight falls on
JOHANNES ROUSSEAU

This is Johannes’s story:
Johannes Rousseau is a 32 year old award winning photographer from Uppsala, Sweden. He is married and has a 2 year old son.
Johannes is passionate about photography and uses his photography as a means of self-expression. He likes to think of himself as an all-around photographer. There is nothing he does not take photos of. However, his favourite kind of photography is nature, landscape & macro. He also photographs cities, weddings, portraits and much more. As he says “There is beauty in everything”!
He loves life and is an overall very happy person. Johannes loves travelling a lot to beautiful locations and there he spends days photographing beautiful nature, details, cities and more.
Johannes also owns a small sailing boat, and sailing is his biggest hobby after photography. The boat is a Swedish Hallberg Rassy Misil2, about 8 meters long and 2,5 meters wide. If you follow Johannes you will definitely see some beautiful sailing pictures posted on his blog.
Johannes found Steemit through YouTube about 2 weeks ago, and since he is very interested in the blockchain and loves photography, Steemit seemed the perfect place for him to be. He still gets frustrated sometimes because he does not know how everything works yet but given some time that too will sort itself out. People on Steemit have been very kind and welcoming and this keeps him motivated to learn and upload more of his photos. His plan, for now, is to upload daily until the end of the year and see how it goes.
Johannes, like all professional photographers, has a good selection of equipment, but at the moment his Camera of choice is a Nikon D800 with 2 lenses the Nikon 24mm-70mm 2.8 and the 70mm-200mm 2.8.
