RELIGION: ARE WE CHURCHIST OR CHRISTIANS..... WHY ARE WE ALWAYS INTIMIDATED THROUGH POVERTY BY MEN OF GOD

Hello steemians, its nice to post hear once again.
Today I will be talking about religion. Am a Christian and my write up will center around Christianity

I want to start by quoting a German philosopher and economist Karl Marx who said "religion is the opium of the masses". You see Marx believed that religion had certain practical functions in society that were similar to the function of opium in a sick or injured person: IT REDUCED PEOPLE'S IMMEDIATE SUFFERING AND PROVIDED THEM WITH PLEASANT ILLUSIONS, BUT IT ALSO REDUCED THEIR ENERGY and their WILLINGNESS to CONFRONT the OPPRESSIVE, HEARTLESS, and SOULLESS REALITY that ILL GOVERNANCE had forced them INTO.

Today is Karl Marx assertion evident in Christianity or Churchism - (a place of worship where men of God have become demi-gods and have given interpretations to some Bible portion to suit their pockets.

Today, most (95%) churches is all about money, prosperity and not love, mercy, salvation and faith as Jesus warned in Matthew 23:23

Digest this few Bible portion

Matthew 6:24 No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.

Mathew 19:24 24Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?” Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Ecclesiastes 5:10 Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.

But the Bible says thus

2 Corinthians 9:7 Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

In Christianity I believe giving whether in church or in hospitals or in orphanages or prison attracts God's blessings, money inclusive

but in churchism paying tithes, sowing seed, harvest there ALONE are sole prerequisites for prosperity

I have known the truth and I believe it will set me free.

I refuse to be drowned in opium served in Churchist buy men of God
