Various Preparations That We Do For Organizing Events

The implementation of the "Joint Training" which was carried out for 3 days is inseparable from the participation of all parties who have assisted the implementation. In advance, about one month before the event, we had coordinated with various parties. There are many things that we discussed, of course the hope is to ask for their support. Great people whose souls naturally respond well.

We are very fortunate to have cooperative partners. Coordination starts at the regional (district / city) level up to the provincial level. In addition to fulfilling administrative requirements regarding permits to carry out these activities, we also ask for support in both material and moral terms. A month before, we had been busy with the activity of sending letters from one agency to another. These efforts need to be made to reduce the negative impact on the implementation of activities.

We also make promotional efforts on social media to disseminate information on the activities we will carry out. Incredibly, we have quite a lot of enthusiasts to participate in this activity. However, due to limited supply of income / funds we are trying to limit the number of participants. After coordinating with various parties, we finally received recommendations for organizing activities. At the provincial level, we established communication with the regional scout work unit.

Finally we succeeded in building partnerships with the district and provincial parties. They helped us in designing the concept of activities, presenting speakers and supporting tools in the field. This certainly cannot be separated from the participation of all the committees who had prepared all this in advance. We from the secretarial team take care of all administrative needs assisted by several other committees who work in the field.

Every week we always take the time to conduct discussions and evaluate the preparation of the event. Likewise, when this event was held. Every night after finishing the activity, entering the break time, we have a technical meeting with the entire committee. At the technical meeting we evaluate what we have done and what we have prepared for tomorrow. We are fortunate enough to have a team that is very compact and highly dedicated.
