Successfully Conducted an Event Contest for Student Talent Development

I am very interested in participating in various organizations on campus. As an organization, I always involve myself in making student activities. Having strong determination and confidence, I am trusted to lead several activities on campus.

I am a person who likes to make and carry out events. The measure of success is when the event is carried out well and can please all parties. To determine success in an event, various supporting factors are needed, such as material and non-material factors. The success of an event also depends greatly on how the team can manage this activity correctly.

The success of an activity is not only determined by how smart people are involved, but real action will be more important than just theory. When given the trust to be a leader, that's where the toughest responsibility is to burden myself and the team.

I and the team must formulate various things so that activities can be carried out successfully. The initial stage begins with planning the type of activity, the theme of the activity, considering the impact of activities and the costs that will be needed. Almost every day and the team discuss and evaluate the extent to which activity preparation has been achieved.

Often we also face various problems, such as finance and other aspects needed in activities. I am trusted to decide on certain policies to solve the problems we face. Every policy decision I always coordinate with the team. Because activities will not succeed without the support of the team. They are great people who have helped me in many ways.

After formulating a description of the activity, our team began working to complete the parts that were to be achieved one by one. We are committed and optimistic to complete this task to completion. Everything is done together and planned so that all needs are available before the activity day.

I feel very happy to share this with the community. Because we have made an event that is very beneficial for students. This is one of the achievements we got. We have worked well until the event was held. We have dedicated ourselves and contributed to students in our area.

The event was attended by more than 70 high school students in the districts of North Aceh and Lhokseumawe. What we do of course will have an impact on students' intellectual development. This activity is a competition to hone the talent possessed by students.

Indirectly this event has become a place to accommodate the inspiration and aspirations they have. Through the competition, students will be encouraged to hone their competencies more. In addition, they also meet new people, make friends, compete with sportsmanship, gain new knowledge and experience.

Basically the formation of character through teaching and learning activities is not an easy thing. Demanding students to be neat and disciplined is not easy. This also depends on the learning method provided by the teacher. In fact, many children experience pressure so it is difficult to be able to digest the lesson.

Therefore, it is necessary to have a training forum to support creativity and indirectly shape the character of students. However, more creative learning methods are not enough to solve challenges. Students' non-academic abilities must also be honed so that they have a balanced ability between academic and non-academic.

Therefore the competition activities that we do will be one way to shape the character and test the level of intelligence of students. We invite students to be aware of the talents they have through competition activities that are packaged with creative, educational and positive concepts.

The competition activities are of course a way to guide and develop students' talents. So that after participating in this event students are expected to be able to realize the talents possessed by them. Slowly this race has led to the formation of student character. To support them in developing their talents, of course, support and motivation are needed from various parties.

We are here to give them the best. Every student who gets an achievement in this competition is given a trophy and award certificate. This gift is expected to be a motivation for them to continue to improve their intellectual abilities.

Meanwhile, in my remarks I also conveyed motivation to all students, for those who won as well as for those who have not won. Achievement will be achieved all the time as long as you are still breathing on this earth. Today, tomorrow and whenever it is, all you need to do is believe in the abilities you have, learn and keep learning.

I feel very happy to be part of the happiness felt by the people present at this event. Our team has done everything possible to be able to provide the best for them. Thank you very much to all the educators and teams who dedicated themselves to organizing this event. This will be an exciting experience.

The smile from each participant who attended this event showed happiness for us. Thank you to the team who have worked sincerely for the success of this activity. There are no words better than what we have done. Hopefully the little actions we take can have a big impact on this life.
