Life is all about enjoying the little things and the experiences that we have! Since I’ve been freezing cold all weekend in Texas, we decided to use the cold to our advantage, and have a go at the real outdoor ice rink in town! This is the first time that I’ve skated outdoors, and the chill factor definitely made it more fun and wintery. An outdoor skating rink, although it was pretty small has a certain charm to it! I eventually warmed up the more I skated. Hope you enjoy the video that I made to the song Life in Color by One Republic. Thanks for watching and steem on friends!

Freezing cold in Texas?!?! Like the Texas located in the southern part of America?!?! Am I missing something here? haha. looks slippery, where re your knee pads, elbow pads and helmet?
Yes! There was a bit of ice on the side of the roads!! I’ve just been cold cold cold! Haha I forgot all those things :P next time I should show up with a helmet hahah... reminds me I want to rollerblade when it gets warmer

i love ice skating but i dislike getting wet, i always seem to end up in the damn corners.
hahahah I used to fall a lot and end up with those ice shavings all over... but somehow balance has improved :P
yeah i'm terrible at ice skating. i used to roller skate (and backwards) but i fell and did my wrist in which made me lose my confidence a lot. i loved it thou.

Wonderful colors. WOuldn't it be great if we could have the Dtube video in the post itself rather than having to click on a different link. Dtube should consider the embed option (by default) when we publish a post through Dtube.
Thank you! That would definitely be more like how we are used to watching video links! However, when I watch videos that take me to dtube I end up watching way more dtube videos than just the one, so I feel like it may beneficial for growing dtube at this stage. And I enjoy myself on the dtube site! It would be a cool option tho
