¿QUIÉN FUE LIL PEEP?
Gustav Elijah Ahr, mejor conocido como Lil Peep fue un rapero y cantante Americano nacido en Pennsylvania, murió a los 21 años a causa de una sobredosis de drogas.

Gustav tuvo una infancia normal hasta los 14-15 años, donde decide tatuarse y comenzar a pintar su cabello, siendo este el momento en el que su vida social se vería más afectada.

A pesar de ser alegre y amistoso, sus compañeros de clases lo veían como alguien “Raro” por tener tatuajes y a veces por su cabello teñido y los padres de sus amigos les prohibirían juntarse con el por creer que era una mala influencia. A raíz de esto, Gus terminó siendo más cerrado con las personas y comenzó a sentirse triste con más frecuencia, llegando a quedarse encerrado en su habitación todo el día y faltando a sus clases.

Luego de publicar sus canciones en la plataforma “Soundcloud”, consiguió fama y una disquera (Columbia Records) se fijó en él y lo firmaron, consiguiendo así un contrato donde le pagaron cierta cantidad de dinero y haría giras por diferentes países de Europa y en Estados Unidos.

A raíz de su reconocimiento bastante rápido, quienes lo rechazaban en la escuela comenzaron a llamarlo y a buscarlo por mero interés y sus compañeros del grupo GothBoiClique (Un grupo de raperos fundado por “Mackned”, un amigo de Peep) comenzaron a pedirle dinero muy seguido, afectando así la autoestima de Peep.

Durante su gira, más específicamente en Tucson, Arizona, murió por una sobredosis de una droga llamada “Xanax”, la cual se usa para controlar la depresión y ansiedad. Muchos de sus fans (Por no decir la mayoría) sostienen la teoría de que sus mismos “Amigos” y compañeros de GBC (GothBoiClique) fueron quienes le dieron unas pastillas las cuales contenían un químico peligroso si se consumía en menor medida que el mismo Xanax, es decir, unas pastillas que no eran las que él consumía, llevándolo así a su muerte a los 21 años de edad.

Who was Lil Peep?
Gustav Elijah Ahr, better known as Lil Peep, was a Pennsylvania-born American rapper and singer who died at age 21 of a drug overdose.

Gustav had a normal childhood until he was 14-15 years old, where he decided to get a tattoo and start painting his hair, this being the moment when his social life would be most affected.

Despite being cheerful and friendly, his classmates saw him as someone "Weird" for having tattoos and sometimes for his dyed hair and the parents of his friends would forbid them to hang out with him because they believed he was a bad influence. As a result of this, Gus ended up being more closed with people and began to feel sad more often, becoming locked in his room all day and missing his classes.

After publishing his songs on the “Soundcloud” platform, he achieved fame and a record company (Columbia Records) noticed him and signed him, thus obtaining a contract where they paid him a certain amount of money and would tour different countries in Europe and in USA.

As a result of his recognition rather quickly, those who rejected him at school began to call and seek him out of mere interest and his peers from the group GothBoiClique (a group of rappers founded by "Mackned", a friend of Peep) began to ask him for money very often. , thus affecting Peep's self-esteem.

During his tour, more specifically in Tucson, Arizona, he died of an overdose of a drug called "Xanax", which is used to control depression and anxiety. ¿Qué opino yo?
Acerca de la teoría de los fans sobre la extraña muerte de Peep pienso que tiene algo de sentido, puesto que en el documental “EVERYBODY'S EVERYTHING” (el cual se puede encontrar en Netflix), un ex compañero de él afirma que Peep estuvo “Durmiendo” sentado en la misma posición durante 4 horas antes de poder darse cuenta de que había fallecido, también porque posterior a su muerte varios amigos de él fueron vistos con su ropa y accesorios y la madre afirma que ellos lo robaron.

Y acerca de su corta vida y carrera, pienso que fue un acontecimiento bastante trágico, el cual dejó un vacío en la industria musical, al igual que el fallecimiento de XXXTENTACION.

La reflexión que quiero llegar con este post es que cuiden mucho sus espaldas, con quien se juntan y siempre tengan los ojos bien abiertos para poder darse cuenta de cuando te están usando o quién te quiere hacer daño, también que el mundo de las drogas no trae nada bueno, solo trae tragedias y malas decisiones, y por ultimo; nunca traten mal a alguien por su apariencia, gustos o forma de ser, nadie merece ser tratado de tal manera y como pudieron ver en esta publicación, a raíz de esos rechazos y malos comentarios es que Lil Peep fue por un camino oscuro y triste.

About the fan theory about Peep's strange death I think it makes some sense, since in the documentary "EVERYBODY'S EVERYTHING" (which can be found on Netflix), a former partner of his claims that Peep was "Sleeping ”Sitting in the same position for 4 hours before realizing that he had died, also because after his death several of his friends were seen with his clothes and accessories and the mother claims that they stole it.

And about his short life and career, I think it was quite a tragic event, which left a void in the music industry, as did the passing of XXXTENTACION.

The reflection that I want to get with this post is that they take good care of their backs, who they hang out with and always have their eyes wide open to be able to realize when they are using you or who wants to hurt you, also that the world of drugs does not brings nothing good, only brings tragedies and bad decisions, and finally; never treat someone badly because of their appearance, tastes or way of being, nobody deserves to be treated in such a way and as you could see in this publication, as a result of those rejections and bad comments it is that Lil Peep went down a dark and sad path.
