Effective Altruism: A new Resolution
I have set basic agenda for 2018, which is based on making difference in the life of others. Many of us want to impart or make a difference in our society. We want to change the world we live in today and make it a better place. Yes, you can make a change anywhere! That is what Steem blockchain is all about. The concept for bringing on the blockchain is to make a difference in the world we live in, and free the world from oppression especially, financial oppression. @dan and @ned have done greatest part of helping the world by creating this community and they have not stop in influencing the lives of others across the globe.
Today we are all witness to injustice, suffering, and death across the globe, which we all want to do something about to liberate the oppressed( do what we can to help others getting out of sufferings).
According to Wikipedia which I quote:

Effective altruism is a philosophy and social movement that aims to apply evidence and reason to determine the most effective way to benefit others. Effective altruism encourages individuals to consider all causes and actions and to act in the way that brings about the greatest positive impact, based upon their values.

We live in a world where several humanitarian needs to be attend to, a world where over three billion people under $3 per day to survive, poor access to clean water, children are dying of hunger and malnutrition in Africa and Asia every day. Then I realised that God has created us to help one another with our ability. Many destiny depends on us for survival, and what are we doing to help them come out of poverty. It does not matter maybe you are not rich or wealthy. You can influence others in many ways: through your words, food, reaction, your money (little or big). Do not wait until you are reach before you help the lives of others, start now.
This new year, I have plan to reach out to some communities to help them with my little earnings on steemit in the name of steem blockchain. I am doing this to help other because it is part of me and steemit has never collected something from before blessing me with SBD and STEEM, so I want to do the same in the lives of others too. I have assemble a team and registered them on steemit for this project which I will start soon.
Many youths and graduates are out of jobs, they are left with little to survive, what we are doing to help them. On my own part, have been spreading the good news of steemit to friends and family and they are accepting it. We can intervene with the little we have.
