First of all, thanks to everyone who participated in the Pokersteem.

Development motivation

The Pokersteem wanted to create games that were easy to engage but interesting.
I chose poker because it is a familiar game for many people.

Current situation

More and more people are participating and understanding of the game is increasing.
Some of them want to get involved in the game a bit more.
It has not been easy to develop the parts that need structural interaction.
This is because it is hard to wait for another player's turn in the game in real time.

So we are currently planning Pokersteem Pro.

Pokersteem Pro

In the beginning it will be a little simpler, and we plan to add features in the future.

Pokersteem Pro is designed to give participants a little choice.
We plan to fix the amount of the betting in consideration of equity.
Those who board less than the amount shown in the posting will not be able to participate.
Only 24 players can participate in the game on the first come first served basis.

Because only one deck is used for the card, only 24 people can participate.

A game must be posted four times in total to get results.
Proceeding with a total of five cards is the same.
Each posting is valid for 24 hours.
Postings that have finished participating will be marked as [Closed].

First posting(Step 1)

3 community cards are distributed.
Those who will participate in this game will see more than the amount shown in the posting.

Second posting(Step 2)

Those who boarded in the first posting will be targeted.
At the same time as the second posting, we will use a secret memo to inform you of the two cards assigned to you.
You can see two cards assigned to you in your wallet.
You will only be able to verify your card because you will send it as a secret note.
Participants can see the entire poker hand, including three community cards and two cards received through a note.
If you want to participate continuously, please vote on the second posting.

Third posting(Step 3)

Those who boarded in the second posting will be targeted.
At the same time as the third posting, one of the two cards of the participants is opened and shown in the posting.
(You can not select the card you want to open. The feature will be developed in the future.)
Participants will check the open card and decide whether or not to participate in the final round.
If you would like to participate by the end, you vote in the third posting.

Fourth posting (Step 4, Last Step)

Those who boarded in the third posting will be targeted.
All cards of the participant are open, and the rank is determined by the poker result.

Rewards

Reward will be sent after 1 to 4 postings have been paid.
The total amount is 90% of the total SBD pays out from 1 to 4 posts only to 1st place (10% is due to Pokersteem maintenance and future development costs).

Future plans

We plan to add the following features as soon as possible.
We will create a status board to show the winners to date, the highest-rated cards and rewards available so far.
SteemConnect will work in conjunction with the Pokersteem on a separate site.

If a separate site is developed, you can make additional betting functions by using the function such as the transfer of the gambling in case of poker pro.
You can also add a telegram alarm bot function to develop alarms so that if another player responds, the alarm will go on.

The part of the current game to be modified

At present, the Pokersteem is making the most sacrifice for the people who are heavy voter.
Of course, there are many opportunities, but it is not enough compared to others.($1 more than $0.01 boarder and 100 times more)
So we will give 5% of the first prize money to the person who votes the most.
The rewards of the current Pokersteem are not big, so we would appreciate it if you understand more to attract more users.
Compensation to be changed (1st prize 65%, second prize 20%, third prize 5%, most voter 5%, maintenance fee 5%)
This will be applied from tomorrow's post.
