Forever missing you ( Poem )

In the tender mist of past tears I still search for you.
In the blasting winds of pain I still feel there is hope.
But the truth is I lost you and there is nothing I can do.
You are no longer among us, a feeling I can't cope.

In the thunder of the storms I swear I hear your voice.
In the crashing of the hail I can see your sparkling eyes.
But I can no longer touch you, I do not have a choice.
You are no longer breathing, you will never again arise.

In the swirling dance of clouds I whisper out your name.
In the flood of emotions I cry out in sobbing desperation.
But you can no longer hold me, it will never be the same.
You are dead and that is going to be my damnation.
