Product

TRON has no working product. There is only TRON schedule:

• point-to-point distributive content updating, storing and distribution mechanism, August 2017 to December 2018
• economic incentive-empowered ecosystem, January 2019 to June 2020
• personal ICO, July 2020 to July 2021
• other dated on 2021 – 2025.

This is not a joke. The project started in September 2017 has 10.8B USD cap and has no working product.

Developers

I think that TRON developers have no own vision in technical questions because TRON’s Whitepaper is mostly copied from other projects.

Tokens distribution

The total amount of TRX is 100 billion and will be allocated as follows:

• Public offering: 40%
• TRON Foundation and the ecosystem: 35%
• Private offering: 15%
• Pay initial supporter - Peiwo Huanle (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.: 10%
  It should be mentioned that CEO of Tron was the founder of Peiwo.

SUMS It is not fair distribution, only 55% are offered and 45% is for developers.

Final opinion

TRON is extremely overvalued now.
STEEM (much better) and LBRY (simply better) has working products and clear conception.
