How great that you're trying some veggie meals! I've recently gone vegetarian, but my husband wants the 'idea of meat', so I mostly just go for the fake meats they sell in stores here. There are some pretty good ones.
I do want to find some nice vegan recipes that don't require any kind of fake meat to be complete.
