Mastercard has announced cooperation with payment service providers to speed up the payment process using its own M / Chip Fast technology.

M / Chip Fast prioritizes those transaction phases that are responsible for the security of the operation in order to speed up payments involving chip cards.

Verifone intends to introduce M / Chip Fast technology into its products, which it sells in the US. Verifone products are used by the 200 largest retailers in the US. Such coverage will contribute to a more active implementation of EMV technology.
