LET GO!!!
Hello steemians. Hope you are well.
Sometimes we hold onto things that hurt us without us knowing. We feel like if we let go then we shall be handing over the power therefore rendering us powerless, yet sometimes being powerful means surrendering and lettting go.
Sometimes people do to us things that hurt us and we may hold onto the pain and keep grudges. Yet true power is in forgiveness. Forgiveness means letting go of any ill feelings we may have towards someone who hurt us.
Sometimes we make ourselves think that we have forgiven someone yet we have not as they may still be holding us in bondage. Forgiveness does take time therefore take the time you need but make sure you cleanse your heart of all bitter feelings.
We hold onto things that are nolonger serving us; relationships that are nolonger building us but are tearing us down yet we still hold on because of fear of being alone or without friends. Sometimes you have to let go to create room for what is new and meant for you.
We hold onto thoughts that nolonger build us. Maybe you come from a family where you were not well off and you let thoughts that you are poor keep on replay in your mind. Maybe you were not shown much love growing up and you keep thinking you are not lovable.
STOP!! Decide today to discard and let go of anything that is nolonger serving you be it friends, thoughts, unhealthy habits,grudges. Whatever it is that is holding you back LET GO because you deserve to experience life fully.
