Reasons why I love and hate winter season by @pixie.dust.
There are many things that came to my mind when I read the topic of this contest and writing just three reasons was quite difficult for me. I have a love/hate relationship with the winter season and here's why:
REASONS WHY I LOVE WINTER SEASON:
Fashionable and Comfortable Outfits:
One of the reasons I love winter season is that I love the winter outfits. I find them comfortable, stylish and I believe that they make a person look very graceful, fashionable and smart. I love wearing coats, trendy scarves and boots.
Winter Foods and Hot Drinks
Winter season along with itself brings a lot of yummy and healthy foods and drinks.
This is something I love about winters.
Snow
The third reason why I love winters is because of my love for the snow. Since my childhood I have been very fascinated by it. I love watching and playing in the snow.
REASONS WHY I HATE WINTER SEASON:
It makes me Inactive
I'm one of the people who are glued to their heaters and wrapped up in blanket and comforters when the weather feels even a bit chilly. I feel inactive and usually avoid leaving cozy home and feel lazy all the time. Although I love attending functions but in winters I prefer to spend most of my time indoors.
Dry skin
I hate the dryness of skin during the winters. Due of less water intake and dry environment the skin and lips feel extremely dry,chapped and flaky and there are more skin issues during this weather.
Winter blues
During the winters, the days are short and gloomy. There is a feeling of sadness especially during the evening time which makes me lethargic and down.
I'm a very fun loving and a cheerful person so this is definitely not my kind of a weather. 😊

Good to see for what you like and dislike winters.I live in kashmir and feel lucky to be born in a valley where we experience the best possible climate .The seasons here are awesome.You need to move to different parts of your country to see snow but i live at a place where snow falls every winter.
That sounds great. I so want to visit Kashmir someday. Heard a lot about it's beauty.
It is very beautiful,you can't even imagine how beautiful it is.Anyways i feel like whoever came here would have never seen a place more beautiful than this.It is a paradise on earth.

True, it's easier to get a blue mood and the skin is dry, but about activity, I find it the opposite. I am more productive when it's chill, while hot weather blocks my creativity and make me struggling with any work :) I assume it's more personal thing :)

Winter is a lazy season and most of the works are delayed but yes i am impressed that you manage to visit Northern side in this beautiful season.
