I think it's possible but don't know the formula. The easiest way is to upvote your own comment and see.
Other than that, when you post you automatically upvote your own. Providing that Steemit only shows 1 voter - it's you and your upvote value will be the same as that shown on your post.
A very rough numbers is 0,01$ per 10SP at 100 % voting power and 100 % vote weight. But this will fluctuate a lot depending on the value of Steem and SDB.

Oh just use this link to Steem Dollar. I don't know how reliable it is but you type in your Steem name and it pumps out the price of your upvote worth!
