How to make Leche Flan with recipe and procedure.

Ingredients
• 10 Eggs
• 380 grams. of Condensed Milk
• 390 grams. of Evaporated Milk
• 1 tsp. of Vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup of sugar.
Procedure:
1st. seperate the "egg white and egg yolk", Use only the egg yolk.
2nd. add the vanilla extract.
3rd. add 390 g. Evaporated Milk with slowly stirring.
4rth. add the Condensed Milk and then stir well but slowly stirring..make sure less Bubbles on your mixture.
Use a strainer, and then sift your mixture to be sure it soft when you eat, you can sift your mixture many times if you like, until you satisfied you leche flan is soft to eat.
Now we proceed to Leche Flan Caramell.
Use a Pot, Melt into Pot the 1/4 Sugar stir until it melt and then use molding, add the melt Sugar first in the molding, after that follow the Leche Flan mixture.
Cover your Molding by Foil, sure it close.. and then use a Steamer and steam it and wait to 30 to 35 minutes in medium fire.
