Cranberry Lime Spritzer
A festive drink for your upcoming Christmas parties or just any night you feel like sipping on a bubbly, fruity drink. This refreshing cocktail is champagne based, but for those who abstain, some sparkling cider would be just as tasty.
It is important to use a cranberry juice cocktail, which has sugar in addition to the fruit juice, as regular cranberry juice is very tart.
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of dry champagne
- 3 ounces of cranberry juice cocktail
- lime wedge for garnishing
- juice of one half medium sized lime
Pour the cranberry juice and champagne in to a glass, followed by the lime juice. No need to stir. Garnish with lime wedge.
