The DHS Blue Campaign address human trafficking as a hiden crime as victims rarely come forward to seek help.
How can the victims come forward, the government has done nothing to stop this inhumane crime and the justice system literally SUCKS.
Target: it's easy to take a kid from the street, homeless youth or an orphans, no one will know the kid is gone.
