A view from above

Cape Town, South Africa is a fantastic place for hiking. Within a few minutes from the city centre, you can be in nature on the mountains. If you enjoy the ocean, nature and mountains then Cape Town is definitely on your bucketlist.

A while ago I went hiking in Silermine Nature Reserve when it was super windy with thick cloud cover. I got to an edge of the cliff, where clouds were rushing up the face of the mountain. All of a sudden, there was a clear gap in the clouds. The view of Hout Bay and Chapman’s Peak was breathtaking!
