He replied if you work hard pit all your hours in and strife for excellence I'll get another one next year!
Hmm this is a very painful truth, most employees actually work year in year out to enrich our employers. And at the end we end up most times with nothing to show for all the hard work its quite sad. We really need to start getting self employed.
