Brown Beetle

This morning, I had the pleasure to take few more photos around my place and scout more insects for my journal. I found this weird-looking insect that I can only assume is a type of beetle. Unfortunately, I can't find any reference online that will describe the exact name of this insect.

It's about a centimeter long and it moves relatively quickly. The color looks very similar to camouflage which makes it difficult for it to be seen especially when it walks around the rocks with moss.
