My recipe for Spring Rolls

Hello friends,
This time I am preparing "Spring Rolls".
Today is Sunday, it was cloudy weather but it didn’t stop me from intending to make some new dish for you my steemit friends.
This dish is mostly offered in Chinese restaurants as a warm appetizer. It can be served with various additives in the form of sauce: Soya sauce, western sauce, Chili pepper sauce...

In this dish that I present to you are the ingredients:
Cabbage, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, spices as desired and a little olive oil for better taste and you do not have to pour. You can put sesame or some ham or something to your liking, whatever you like, without limits.

First I cut the cabbage into noodles, carrots, leeks and mushrooms. Then I added the spices to my liking, so you can add the same to your liking. When you chop all the ingredients you want, pour them into a suitable bowl, add spices and mix gently.

Then cut the pie crust into 4 parts, as I showed in the photos. And make glue from flour and starch (density) and a little water, it must be thick to look like glue, because it will be used for that.

Then wrap each roll as in the pictures. Gradually, I worked and photographed every moment to gradually see how the spring rolls are wrapped.

When you wrap the rolls, put the oil in a deeper bowl and heat it and place the roll to fry with a slight inversion to fry on all sides evenly. when they are fried to a golden yellow color, we catch them with a stick or Chinese sticks, take them out and put them on the grill to drain the oil.

Spring rolls are served as soon as they are fried and drained of oil.
Rolls wrapped can be in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days, so they are fantastic for sudden guests or for you to eat, snack ...
