my first crochet project was actually my biggest and a good part of the reason I'm not crocheting much these days (I have a habit of jumping in the deep end when learning new skills and havent found anything that excites me enough to pull out my hooks since) my two fave projects to date are sophies universe (https://steemit.com/life/@phoenixmaid/the-afghan-that-changed-my-life) and a animation my girls directed https://steemit.com/steemit/@phoenixmaid/steemit-s-first-time-lapsed-crochet-mini-movie-video) most of my spare time at the moment is directed at mastering abstract art...which is soo much harder than you'd think.
Holy moly on fire! I just looked at Sophie and I cannot believe how incredibly beautiful it is. That was your FIRST project? Just wow. It is amazing. The video is really adorable, too. Well, if you suddenly feel inspired, we will be watching for you on #NeeldeworkMonday. I cannot imagine how one manages to learn abstract art. Thanks for the reply!
