Pumpkin and apple jam
Hello my friends, i want to tell you about "Pumpkin and apple jam"
RECIPE:
pupkin (flash) 600grams
apple 600grams
sugar 800grams
1unit lemon
PREPARATION:
Rinse thoroughly with boiling water and keep it for 10 minutes in order not to scratch. Extract lemon juice and finely cut the whole rind (remove seeds).
Apply apples with beetroot, put in a pot, pour lemon juice and mix well with your hands.
Pumpkin is also cracked in beetroot stuff.
Put pumpkin and lemon in a pot with apples, add sugar, add 250 ml of water. Cook on low heat for 40 - 45 minutes, stirring instantly, until the desired consistency is desired.
Pour the hot jam into the heated glassware and put on tight, hot water with bulging caps. Roll up the jars and leave to cool.
