Diary game...sunday 17/04/2021

Good day to you all. I hope we are all doing well by his Grace. Today marks one of the days that I was less busy but used it to prepare food for the family since my wife is not with us for the moment. I woke up early n took my bath. I decided to prepare banku bcos we have soups and stews in the fridge.
Before preparing the banku, i washed my baby footwears and mine.

Below are the materials I used to prepare the banku.
I. Corn-dough
Ii. Casava-dough
Iii. Salt
Iv. Water.
Other items used to support it includes,
I. Coalport
Ii. Charcoal
Iii. Gas cooker
Iv. Wooden stick
V. Pot.

Method.
I first mixed the corn-dough, cassava-dough, salt with water to form like a porridge like. I put in on the gas cooker and then stir it with the bank stick till they form well and became solid.

The controlling of the gas is sometimes difficult when u don't want it at higher rate. So I then transfer it to the caolpot and then put water on the solid yo boil for about 5minutes and drives it again. I repeated this method over and over again for an hour.
I taste it to see if it well cooked. I use rubber to mold them into a big bowl. After I finished molding it, I put water into the pot to soak the stains in it.
I then went to rest and later took my super.
