Coffee Thoughts: Mindset

Today I was thinking we should talk about mindset and how we make everything in our lives better or worse by how we decide to process that input. I have often heard plenty of people say things like "look on the bright side" or "it's all your perception." It took a lot of work to get myself to a place where I finally understand the truth in these statements. I have been seeing plenty of new users being discouraged by low payouts or not gaining a following quickly on steemit and I wanted to offer some encouragement! It's very true that your mindset and mood are going to come across in the tone of your writing.
Keep in mind that those "huge payouts" you see on accounts are by established steemians that have been doing this a long time. The off chance that a new user starts posting and is getting large payouts immediately are going to be few and very far between and usually there is an extenuating circumstance, perhaps they already had a following or fan base in the crypto community? It's important to keep your posts authentic and look at what is working for others. Don't try to chase topics that don't interest you, just be authentic and put in the effort and you will resonate with people eventually. Keep a positive mindset and you will progress and grow with the platform like the rest of us!
Good encouragement and advice. The time it takes to find those that like your posts and resonate with your philosophies is valuable. This value is like a brick wall, brick by brick makes it strong and enduring. Steem on.
