Rillette de poulet
Une recette très simple pour les apéritifs dînatoires. Idéal avec des restes de poulet et une très bonne alternative aux préparations à tartiner industrielles qui sont bourrées de cochonneries. Il suffit juste de lire les étiquettes pour s'en rendre compte.
- 2 blancs de poulet
- environ 100 grammes de mascarpone
- 1 petite échalote
- sel, poivre
Utiliser des blancs de poulet cuit au préalable dans un bouillon ou un reste de poulet rôti.
Découper les blancs en petits tronçons et les remettre à cuire environ 30 minutes dans un peu de bouillon.
Ajouter dans la cuisson l'échalotte ciselée.
Remuer avec une fourchette. Quand vous sentez que les morceaux commencent à s'effilocher égoutter le tout.
Mélanger la préparation à la fourchette en écrasant bien pour obtenir une pate de poulet.
Rectifier l'assaisonnement avec sel et poivre.
Laisser refroidir un peu et ajouter le mascarpone.
Vous pouvez les consommer tiède ou les conserver quelques jours au réfrigérateur dans un bocal.
Idéal sur du pain grillé avec un petit lit de salade.
