Brick pouchkine
Une recette de brick au four avec une garniture de bœuf haché, oignons et curry. Une recette rapide de snack.
- 1 steak haché de boeuf
- 1 oignon
- 1 cuillère à café de curry
- 2 feuilles de brick
- sel
- huile d'olive.
Pour commencer éplucher et hacher l'oignon.
Dans une poêle avec de l'huile d'olive faire revenir le curry.
Ajouter ensuite les oignons, puis après 2 minutes la viande hachée que vous avez au préalable émiettée entre vos doigts.
Laisser revenir 1 minute.
Dans une assiette creuse superposer les 2 feuilles de brick.
Mettre la préparation au centre.
Refermer la brick en rabattant les bords de façon parallèle et en serrant un peu.
La retourner sur une plaque de cuisson et la badigeonner d'huile d'olive.
Faire cuire à four chaud 200° pendant environ 15 minutes en surveillant la coloration.
A consommer bien chaud, idéal avec une salade.
