Today we made some fresh pasta!

Today while i was visiting with Eli, we took part in a pasta making class. We went to a local Italian pasta restaurant and learned the traditional techniques of making pasta from scratch.

It was alot of fun and surprisingly straightforward. For some reason i always thought it was complex and difficult, but it wasnt really at all.
