Most times, we fail to realize that health and illness are not so different. What do I mean? Health and illness exist in a continuum, one cannot be completely healthy. But no one wants to sick, one moves from healthiness to illness for instance one may be free from illness and in a moment headache, cold and other things may happen to an individual. The way our system was made, human body can fail to work at its best for example our cellphones can be working now and start misbehaving in the next moment. If we realise that health and illness are co-brothers we will be more proactive. I hereby pledge that we be more careful about our health, cos we can be healthy today and sick tomorrow. Therefore, I proscribe that we keen to maintaining our health. We should stop over assumption that we are healthy and cannot be sick. As Christians we believe that we cannot be sick cos Christ took away our sickness in his body. But sometimes sickness comes, so we must realise that we must always take care of our health.
