Materials and Tools Used;
• 4 packs Popsicle sticks (colored or plain)
• Glue sticks
• 2 meters flat ellectric wire
• 1 small receptacle
• 1 small light bulb ( color red)
• 1 small plug
• Scissors
• Screw Driver
• 1 medium cup hook
• Hair blower

Okay let's start. First, get the popsicle sticks and open up. Since I used a colored popsicle sticks, I segregiate it first by colors. But if you use plain one no need to segregiate guys..hahaha of course...

it's so colorful..

Get six(6) sticks and form it into hexagon shape for our base.

I choose the yellow one to be my base...

After that, put a glue on the end of each popsicle sticks to put it together. The sticks should be in an alternate position..

Do you see it guys?alternate position?

Repeat this until you reach your desired base. In this demo, I created a five base line..

Count it, 1..2..3..4.. and 5!

To speed up dripping the glue on popsicle sticks, I used a hair blower.20180106_212708.jpg
It is necessary that the base is strong because it serves it as the foundation of the lampshade we'll gonna do.

Let's go now to the next step. Get the other batch of popsicle sticks and start the upper body of the lampshade..

As you can see, I put the sticks now in an alternate and INWARD position...

Repeat this procedure on the three(3)other colors...

Do you see the preview now of our lampshade?

And then, you will stop putting on the sticks when you reached the shape of triangle.20180106_220524.jpg
Our next step is to closed the to of the lampshade. So, get four(4) sticks and form square on the top of the triangle.

Like this guys....

After that put the sticks on alternate inward position until you closed it.PhotoGrid_1515320973567.jpg
You should leave a space in the center so you can insert the wire later...

Then,blow it dry...

And we are done to the upper part. So lets go now to the lower part. Turn the lampshade and put the sticks in alternate but this time in OUTWARD position..

And we're done!

Set aside the lampshade and will gonna do now the wirings. Get the wire and split it up. Get the other side, cut it and pull it up. Do this on the other side..

Get the receptacle and screw driver to loosen up the screw and place the other side of circled wire into it and tight it up.Repeat this on the other side..

After that, get the other end of the wire and insert it to the hole and pull it up untill the receptacle placed on the top.

Knot the wire so that the receptacle will not go down. I also placed popsicle sticks on the both side of the receptcale so it will not move.PhotoGrid_1515321475272.jpg
It is steady now..

Then,if you checked that the receptacle is steady, get the other end of the wire to put the plug. The same procedure with the receptacle.

While doing it...

Lastly, put the light bulb on the receptacle and place the cup hook..20180106_224945.jpg
And were done!!
