CONSISTENCY SYNDROME

I know a particular mental condition that top CEOs and Managers have suffered from in a long while and alot are still going to suffer the same. Is it not even obvious now that everything we become or do starts from painting a mental picture before launching out. We all are selective of the processes that lead to the particular event or outcome we expect but the real truth is our selection should appropriate the processes not just into a short term outcome but a sustainable one. To get that rich and sustainable outcome, we all need this mental condition.

The mental condition is Consistency Syndrome

Primarily, Success in anything is hinged on this syndrome.

What's in it for me?

Consistency is constantly and repeatedly doing a particular thing (maybe not in the same particular way), or following a particular process repeatedly, all geared towards having a particular result

Personally, i' d always thought this consistency thing is monotonous and you either get bored or tired of doing the same thing over and over again. Then I asked myself a question one day:

Do you want to be successful?

Your answer is as good as mine, "Yes, ofcourse". And there came the silent whisper,

"Keep up with your activities consistently"

Now I'll tell you why consistency is a worthy currency worth the keeps.

Nigerians here can relate better with the illustration I'm about to give.
There is a Sugar company here in Nigeria that have consistency produced sugar the way, in cubes, with same packaging and no advertisement and this company has been around for more that three decades, consistently doing the same thing over and over again. I tell you:

We many times think the wrong by assuming a company is what sells a product. If you ask me, I will say:

A product is actually what sells the producer or a company

Here on steemit are lots of professionals from different fields of life. So many might be well known in their various local areas but of course, even if you introduce yourself here, we only value your true worth or accept your claim based on what we see you do here consistently.

So many people have given up on blogging here because they still don't have the mental condition that consistency brings to you.
