It was more than just a night
My heart still bubbles for joy knowing you took me on a flight
I never really understood those times you said sleep tight
Not until last night, I saw you hold me uptight

Gradually into the night I closed my eyes
In your arms, I could touch the skies
I could feel the love you give that never dies
A knowing that never lies

You remember the game of hide and seek
We started playing and there you are hidden in a place I couldn't pick
I guess you did that so my brain can tick
Just in your direction so I could find you quick

The feeling of having you all around me was good
Filled me with every sense of satisfaction just like food
Blown out in the best of mood
All eyes could see we are the best lovers in the hood

And then I remembered the movie we planned earlier to see
Yes, we got into the car and headed for the sight that is worth the fee
No better feeling than knowing that our love is now a tree
In each others company we are totally free

After the movie was I waiting in the room
And you walked in like a bride hungry to see her groom
Well, I was set for a boom
Lost in your world without gloom

Wait a min, I heard a knock on the door
With all our clothes on the floor
Who would disrupt such an atmosphere from outdoor
Of course it was my neighbour next door

After I opened the door, I woke up
Seeing myself that all was a fantasy that never add up
You were never here for a turnup
It was all a dream, I'm so messed up
